I adapted this powerful treat from this recipe. I substituted 1/2 C. of chopped pecans because i do not like coconut. I also used 1/4 C. of ground oats (blended in my food processor) instead of the wheat germ. Lastly, I used a dash of salt as it was a little sweet for my liking.

Stir in the liquids:
These are delicious and easy to pack on long runs. Enjoy!
